The journey from shoebox to secure download — and how it differs by package.

   Get your quote & place your order

   Pick your package, build your quote, pay online, and receive your order reference (UR-XXXX) straight away.

   Pack your memories

   Pack your own sturdy box. Use bubble wrap for anything fragile, don't cut negative strips, and there's no need to clean anything — we do that. Print the packing slip generated at checkout — it carries your payment/order reference and a return address form. Fill it in and put it inside the box.

   That slip is how we match your box to your order the moment it arrives.

   Post it to us

   You choose how to send your box — we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery for irreplaceable items so it's tracked and insured on the way to us. We confirm by email the moment your box arrives.

4. 4

   We digitise by hand

   Every photo is individually checked, rotated and cropped. Slides and negatives are dusted with air only and colour-corrected digitally. Tapes are captured in real time on professional decks. Originals are never altered or repaired — they're scanned exactly as they are.

   Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks from the day your box arrives.

5. 5

   Your memories, delivered

   You'll get an email with your secure download link (and USB stick if ordered). Your originals come home tracked and insured, at our cost.
